Deliveries and returns
When placing an order in the online shop, the customer must register in the gardenstay.co.uk online shop, or log in as a guest, and must accept the terms and conditions of the order. Terms and Conditions presented by Gardenstay.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to fill in the details and provide the information, as well as the verification thereof.
Payment for the order must be made within a maximum of 24 hours, which will be confirmed by Gardenstay. Once the maximum payment period has passed, Gardenstay has the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Orders will be dispatched after successful confirmation of payment.
Parcels are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or amended as long as they have not yet been dispatched. To find out if you can cancel your order, please contact us by email.
Returns or exchanges
Products may be returned up to 15 days after delivery, provided that the customer communicates any intention to exchange or return within a maximum of 48 hours from the date of delivery, and this communication must be made via e-mail to geral@gardenstay.pt.
Exceeding this deadline, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted on sale, promotion or outlet products.
Gatdenstay reserves the right to refuse to accept exchanges or returns of products that do not fulfil the following conditions:
- The article has not been used or tampered with;
- The item retains its original characteristics and the packaging is not completely damaged.
- The plant must have the same appearance and phytosanitary conditions as when it was sent.
- The plant does not show any evidence of cut branches, leaves or any other parts of the plant.
- The plant shows no signs of under- or over-watering (the customer must ensure that the plant is properly watered while in their possession).
- The product is not damaged as a result of the customer mishandling the product in its packaging.
The value of the products will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return of the product, using the same payment method as for the online order, or if you indicate the IBAN for the bank transfer.
